Weekly Wednesday Soundbath with Sound Wave Sacrament

Join Zach Miller every Wednesday in August for a relaxing and immersive sound experience at Symmetry Collective in Wheat Ridge, CO. Zach's soundbaths are the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

During this in-person event, you'll be enveloped in a symphony of healing sounds, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, calming your mind and rejuvenating your body.

We will be meeting in the Yoga room. When you enter the building go down the stairs to the room on your immediate left.

-pillow, yoga mat, eye shade (optional), water

some yoga mats will be provided, but are not guaranteed to be available
