What you will need & How to prepare:
- Yoga mat (limited mats available in studio)
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Blindfold/Eye covering
- Water Bottle & Journal (optional)
Important:
- Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to set up
- Must be 18+ years old
- Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
- No alcohol in past 24 hours
- Not recommended to those pregnant or breastfeeding
