What you will need & How to prepare:

  • Yoga mat (limited mats available in studio)
  • Blanket
  • Pillow
  • Blindfold/Eye covering
  • Water Bottle & Journal (optional)

Important:

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to set up
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
  • No alcohol in past 24 hours
  • Not recommended to those pregnant or breastfeeding
