Evan's yoga teaching emphasizes alignment, mindfulness, and balance, creating a practice deeply rooted in breath and meditation. This focus is reflected in every class, blending structured guidance with space for individual experiences and personal awareness to unfold.
Certified through the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness with a 200 RYT, Evan’s teaching style combines elements of hatha and vinyasa, approached with a holistic and functional mindset. Dedicated to fostering a safe and expansive environment, Evan aims to support individuals in their journeys of physical, emotional, and spiritual growth and healing. Namaste!
Evan will be facilitating Morning Rise on Mondays at 10:30am and Evening Flow on Thursdays at 7pm. This is a donation-based class with limited seating.
